Questions before you start

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from your billing page; a plan ends with its paid year. A plan cancelled within 14 days of the first payment is refunded in full.

Do you invoice or accept POs?

Yes. Email hello@bankfeeindex.com and we will send an invoice or work from your PO.

How is the Hamilton price set?

By your institution's total assets in its latest call report. Consultants and other organizations pay $3,000 a year, including 10 Hamilton reports a month; for more, it's $5,000 a year with no monthly report limit. If we don't have your institution's total assets, email hello@bankfeeindex.com and we'll set your price. If the plan is used for a larger institution, we'll email you before changing the price.

Where do the figures come from?

From each bank's and credit union's own published fee schedule. Every figure in Hamilton keeps its source document and the date we read it.

How do seats work?

One plan covers up to 5 people, each with their own login. Invite them from Hamilton Settings.

How often is the data refreshed?

On a rolling calendar. Data refreshed Nov 2, 2026.

What if my market has only a few institutions?

Under 5 institutions, a market shows "Too few for a median yet" instead of a median. You still see your state, district, peer group and the nation.

Does Hamilton tell us what to charge?

No. Hamilton shows where each fee stands and what a price would mean; the decision is yours.

Prefer to talk it through? Send us a message or email hello@bankfeeindex.com.
